A Bit About Me
I have dedicated my professional life to the dental community. My career started over 25 years ago, as a dental assistant, moving to the front desk and learning all the necessary systems to run a profitable dental practice. I was promoted to Office Manager and then got into my consulting career. I have helped practices across the nation for over 15 years. With all that experience, I have a broad and deep understanding of challenges faced by dentists and their teams, specifically in the Pediatric Dental space. I have been masterful at uncovering revenue-generating practice improvement opportunities, and I excel in operations of the dental practice, including but not limited to systems, workflow, scheduling, and training.
Right before the pandemic, I was exploring this new trend in dentistry, automation. In stead of using AI technology, it was using robots to work like humans do. This is the change that dentistry needs and I knew I wanted to be a part of it! I headed Dental Robot's Pilot Program and I am now working with pediatric practices to empower their teams with automation. I have always wanted to be part of the change and I am proud to say I am!
